What We Do

Mission

Our mission is really simple -- to make the space where users will do what you want them to do bigger, and make the amount of time it takes for them to understand what you are offering shorter.

Here is a diagram that illustrates our philosophy -- note the three main areas:

1. Business Goals
-- Get users to complete a transaction, download a file, refer a friend. It doesn't matter what the goal is. It matters how attractive and how obvious it is to the user.

2. User Goals
-- The things users are thinking about when they are interacting with your message and offer. This space could include lunch, going to the gym, an important meeting at work, happy moments with friends, partners or pets, and, oh yeah, your message and your offer.

3. Business Goals User Goals / Happily Interacting.
-- The trick is to make this space as large as possible.
